Experience
- Stanisław represented the principals before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court in many proceedings;
- He constructed models of suits and claims arising from insurance contracts and managed several hundred trials, supervising the legal department of a business entity;
- He conducted precedent cases for increasing the contractor's lump sum remuneration resulting from construction contract in connection with an extraordinary change in relations and/or a change in relations that could not be foreseen (rebus sic stantibus);
- He has been involved in a number of projects concerning the problem of breaches of duty by members of corporate bodies, management abuse, and business fraud;
- He represented one of the largest developers on the Polish market in a bundle of administrative and court-administrative cases concerning a several-stage, prestigious investment at Saski Park in Warsaw;
- He advises natural and legal persons on setting up and running startups from the stage of concluding the investment agreement and establishing the organization until the completion of the project.
