• Paweł Wnuczak (PhD) combines scientific and didactic work in the Department of Finance of Koźmiński University with consulting. In his professional work he held the position of financial analyst, financial controller, manager of consulting projects and financial expert in a consulting company. Paweł is the head of financial postgraduate studies at Koźmiński University. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board.
• Since 2007, he has been working as an expert valuing companies, carrying out audits of company valuations, taking part in court disputes concerning the evaluation of company shares. He has valued alone or working within teams of several dozen entities operating, among others, in the construction, metallurgical, energy, food, agriculture, fuel, entertainment, health care and educational sectors. Moreover, he participated in the development of several dozen projects in the field of investment project evaluation, development of a controlling system, financial analyses and preparation of application documentation for entities applying for EU funds.
• In his scientific work he deals with broadly understood company finances, with particular emphasis on company valuation. Participant of scientific conferences on topics related to financial management of enterprises and author of many reviewed publications in this field.
• He conducts classes in the field of financial analysis, budgeting, controlling, valuation and management of enterprise value as well as development of application documentation for EU funding at graduate, postgraduate and MBA studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy, the University of Warsaw, ESSCA - Angers France, the Pope John Paul II State School of Higher Education and the Academy of Finance and Management. He conducted trainings for, among others, PKO BP, Orange, Raiffeisen Leasing, PGNIG S.A., Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Jeronimo Martins Polska S.A., PZL Mielec, Neinver Polska, Union Investment TFI S.A., Polish Air Navigation Services Agency, Mazovian Unit for Implementation of EU Programs, Implementing Authority for European Programs, Employers of the Republic of Poland (former Confederation of Polish Employers), Academic Enterprise Incubators.
